These Terms govern your use of the website at changamuka.com (the "Site"), operated by Changamuka Dev SARL ("Changamuka", "we", "us"), a company registered in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The Site

The Site is an informational presence describing our company and services. It does not itself provide an online product or user account. Engagements to design or build software are governed by separate written agreements between Changamuka and the client.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure;
• Copy, scrape or reproduce the Site's content for commercial purposes without our permission.

3. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design, logo and graphics, is owned by Changamuka Dev SARL or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The name and mark "Changamuka" are ours. You may not use them without prior written consent.

4. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party services (for example WhatsApp or email). We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of those third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

5. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, and the information on it is provided for general purposes only.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Changamuka Dev SARL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

7. Changes

We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of Lubumbashi.
