This Privacy Policy explains how Changamuka Dev SARL ("Changamuka", "we", "us") handles information in connection with our website at changamuka.com (the "Site"). We are a software company registered in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, based in Lubumbashi.

This policy covers only the public marketing Site. The applications we design and operate for our clients are governed by separate agreements and privacy notices specific to each client and product; this Site policy does not apply to them.

The Site is a simple informational website. We do not run user accounts, and we do not sell personal data. We may process:

Technical log data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard request information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, for security and reliability.
Information you choose to send us. If you email us or message us (for example via WhatsApp), we receive the contact details and content you provide so that we can respond.

To operate, secure and maintain the Site.
To respond to enquiries you send us and to follow up about a potential engagement.

The Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. We load web fonts from Google Fonts to render typography; your browser requests those resources directly from Google when the page loads. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first.

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our dealings with you, then delete or archive it. Hosting logs are retained according to our provider's standard periods.

9. International transfers

Our hosting and font providers may process technical data on servers located outside the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Where this happens, we rely on those providers' safeguards for such transfers.
